I have a one year old George Foreman 12205. My son's friend used a metal tool to clean both sides of the non stick plates and now they are ruined.

To try and track down the manufacturers of these type products is difficult. Salton Products/Applica Inc distributes George foreman grills along with a lot of other products. Their address for Salton and Applica is the same.
