Stashing Money To Wait For Payday

Gold Post Medal for All Time! 519 Posts

Sometimes it gets a little tight waiting for payday, so I go into the money stashes I have to ease things just a bit. The stashes include my piggy bank (I do have one), and other coin receptacles. I found $20 plus dollars just lying around, which will tide me over.

My parents used to hide $20 bills in their books, until one time they couldn't remember which one they put it in!

I take every $5 bill I get and stash it. In just one year I had over $500. Been doing it still and now have over $1000. I cannot receive a $5 bill now without saving it.

Hard to spend one if I have to. You will be amazed - you don't miss $5 at a time! Try it!

I receive a very small amount of spending money each week from baby sitting my grandson two days a week. So, every week I put $5.00 of it away. And sometimes more if I make or receive extra money as a gift. It does add up! Then I spend it if I travel somewhere special on vacation or else for Christmas presents.
