Here are a few simple designs: ... sEarlyAmericanTinPunchOrnament36.htm

You can make your own patterns onto paper with a simple design by tracing a cookie cutter or out of a kid's coloring book or do a search online for simple black & white Christmas clip art to use as a starter. Examples: ... atterns-tin-christmas-ornaments.html

Or you could try sizing down some candle wicking patterns to use: ... ide/ig/Free-Candle-Wicking-Patterns/

We did this in 4H years ago, and used Christmas coloring books for our designs.
