I don't know if this is everywhere but I have Momentum for my phone company.[SC]

For $39.95 plus local taxes [which everyone pays] you get unlimited local and long distance. It also includes 10 calling features like caller id, call waiting, call forwarding, call block, etc. I've yet to have a problem and I've had them for almost 2 years.
