This cake uses no oil or margarine which makes it healthier and plus it's very easy to make especially if you keep some chopped apples in the freezer.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup sugar (cream with eggs)
- 1 cup flour
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups chopped apples
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup raisins
Directions:
Mix everything together in one bowl. Pour in 8x8 inch greased pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees F about 45-50 minutes. Top with whipped cream if desired.
