Get rid of the annoying twist-ties used to close your bread bag. Simply twist the top of the plastic bread wrapper itself instead. I just hold the top and give the bread a quick twirl, then fold the wrapper back over the bread top. Voila! No twistie needed, and the bread stays closed. I've used this method for years.
