Betty, I feel your pain - literally. I'm a migraine sufferer. Excedrin Migraine and a heating pad, hot gelpack or hot rag help mine. However, my friend Tina discovered the Migristick. I believe their similar to Head On in that you wipe it across the brow almost like a Chap-Stick. If you have an organic or natural-foods store in your area, they should carry them. My friend got hers at a place called Toomey's (sp?)
