Mix well cream cheese, sugar and 1/4 cup milk. Combine 3/4 cup milk, pineapple and pudding mix, beating 1 minute. Add to cream cheese mixture, and chill. Just before serving, spoon into dessert dishes. Garnish with maraschino cherries, if desired.
