Add the miles or kilometers, miles or kilometers per gallon for your car, and price of gas per gallon to find out how much that little side trip or the total trip will cost you. With the price of gas getting more expensive by the minute, this might be helpful to find out if you can afford your road trips this summer.

Hi, I have created a trip calculator that provides a bit more information than the one provided here. It is based off of google maps so it allows you to calculate the fuel cost of driving, whether that is across town or across the country. Its interesting to see just how much a trip costs!
