Making Crystallized Ginger
Does anyone know how to make crystallized ginger? It's very difficult to find at the grocery stores in my area. I've checked the Asian food aisles as well as the produce aisles with no luck. I really don't want to drive and try to locate a specialty market if I can help it.

Kathy, are you in Amish country?? Some of the best crystallized ginger I get comes out of an Amish store in Florida! Cheap, too!
