Kid Approved Stew

It is yummy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. of stew beef, brown and cubed
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp. of onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. of Worcestershire sauce
  • 18 oz of sour cream

Directions:

Cook beef until fork tender. Stir in remaining ingredients, except sour cream, and warm over medium heat until bubbly. Stir in sour cream and serve.

May add cooked, drained egg noodles, to make this serve a larger crowd.

Servings: 4 people
Time:1 hour Hours Preparation Time
1.5 hours Minutes Cooking Time
