I found several different sizes at this website: http://doitbest.com/Outdoor+trash+c ... --model-6106-doitbest-sku-624694.dib
There are none in our Home Depot or Lowe's. I found a good selection in a small hardware store chain here in Jax, FL. I'm going to use it as a trash can in my retro kitchen as I refuse to pay the prices for the round stainless steel ones.
Just bought two 6 gallon galvanized trash cans at Lowe's yesterday for $13.98 each. I'm using them to store potting soil and bird seed under my potting bench. The lids lock when the handles are up to keep out curious toddlers!

I bought one a couple of years ago at Restoration Hardware Store. But recently, I saw some of them at either Home Depot or Lowes.
A couple of years ago I saw small trash cans at "The Container Store". If these stores aren't located in your area you might look them up on-line.
You can go to a craft store like Hobby Lobby, Michaels ect. They usually have these.
When we went back to Nebraska there was a store called Cashway, I think. Like an Ace Hardware. Anyhow that is what we got my mothrer in law for an ash bucket for her fireplace. It was small enough for her to lift and she placed it on firebricks away from her house.
This one is 11 gallons and is available in a silver galvonized....
