Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, lightly spray 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray. In large bowl mix cake mix, milk and butter until well mixed. Add nuts. Spread 1/2 of mixture into pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes
Sprinkle with chopped peanut butter cups. Drop remaining cake mixture by spoonfuls over all. Bake 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
