Chilito is 7 years on on November 14, 2007. He is a Rat Terrier/Chihuahua. I Answered and ad for a free Chihuahua. After two weeks, she called and said she hadn't found a good home so she interviewed us and we were picked.
He likes to play with his little sister Lily, who is a Pomeranian and was just 3 years old. Chilito is a wonderful pet and very loving. He smells, he is so rotten spoiled. hahahaha, but we love him anyway.
Tawny was rescued from a house with dozens of chihuahuas and rat terriers breeding indiscriminately. She seemed like pure chihuahua at first - then she grew to 11 pounds. Her personality is a little different from chihuahuas as well - she is friendly, not yippy, and very smart. My friend who has four chihuahuas says Tawny has a spark of intelligence that her chihuahuas don't seem to have. She is also the perfect size for cuddling with under a blanket on a cold winter night. We LOVE her!
