Dottie's Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts, cooked
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 8oz sour cream
  • 2 stacks Townhouse crackers, crushed
  • 2 sticks butter

Directions

Cut chicken into bite size pieces and place in buttered 9x13 inch baking dish. Mix cream of chicken soup with sour cream and pour over chicken, spreading evenly. Melt 2 sticks of butter and mix with crushed crackers. Sprinkle evenly over soup mixture. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.

This is a scrumptous recipe that your family and guests will love and that looks beautiful with the golden brown cracker topping.
