Directions
Melt the Barking chocolate in a double boiler. As the chocolate is melting, place the peanut butter on the Ritz crackers, making a batch sandwiches.
When the Barking chocolate has melted, using a pair of tongs, dip each peanut butter Ritz cracker sandwich in the melted chocolate. Place them on a sheet of wax paper to cool. Serve after they have cooled. They are great.
