Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can butter beans
- 1 can pork and beans
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp. mustard
- 1/8 cup onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup water
Directions:
Brown hamburger. Drain and put in crockpot. Add butter beans, pork and beans, mushrooms, sugar, mustard and onions. Add water if it needs more juice. Set crockpot on medium for 2 hours; then reduce to low until ready to eat. Serves 4.
When doubling this recipe, double all ingredients except hamburger as 1 lb. will be plenty for a double batch.
