Does anyone have a recipe for Praline Pecan Halves? They have butter, brown sugar, and other things. They are baked in the oven .
Thanks

Here's one I like and it's very easy!

Pecan Praline Morsels
Recipe courtesy Paula Deen
Show: Paula's Home Cooking
Episode: Candy/Sweets
2 cups whole pecans
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
4 tablespoons heavy cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Spread into a square baking pan, sprayed with cooking spray. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until coating is dry, and slightly crystallized, stirring once. Remove from oven to cool and stir once more. If not serving immediately, store in an airtight container.

This is a recipe I have used in the past, and it's real good, although you don't bake in the oven:

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups pecan halves
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teasp. vanilla

Mix sugars and sour cream. Cook over medium heat, stirring until sugar is melted. Cook without stirring until mixture forms soft ball or 238 degrees. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and nuts. Stir until coated. Pour out on wax paper and separate nuts with a fork.
