Peel and slice cucumbers and onions. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over cucumbers and onions. Refrigerate several hours before serving.

I want to thank you for this recipe. My mother made this all the time in the summer when our cukes got ripe. She never used a recipe, only the info passed on by her mom, which was by taste. I used to be really good at the taste method, but after 50 my buds just don't seem as accurate as before. Bev
