Weight Watchers Banana Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 large (or two small) box of sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 cups skim milk
  • 8 oz. fat free or lite (they count the same) sour cream
  • 12 oz. fat free or lite Cool Whip
  • 6 bananas
  • 1 box low fat Nilla wafers

Directions:

Mix pudding and milk. Mix in sour cream. Fold in cool whip. Layer wafers, bananas, pudding ending wafers on top.

I made this last night for a church covered dish supper. It was my first attempt at banana pudding. It was all eaten and loved! I didn't make it Weight Watchers friendly though because I didn't have those ingredients. I used regular pudding, Cool-Whip, vanilla wafers, and sour cream and 2% milk because those are the ingredients I had in the house. Very, very good! My boyfriend said it was the best he has ever had (even better than his mom's!). :-)
