Had a bolt on my car that just would not shift - poured some coke on it and left it for a few minutes and it had loosened enough to remove. Give it a try. For removing rusted bolts use Kroil Oil, it's a super penetrant but it needs to work over a 24 hour period. Just saturate an abrasive sponge with Coca Cola and scrub the rust stain. The phosphoric acid in the coke is what gets the job done.
