Whole Ham is on sale now here (possibly an after Easter clearance?) for only .99c a lb.! So now is the time to stock up a little bit and have the butcher quarter your whole ham. For 1/4th of it, have him slice for you, 1/4th shredded and the other 1/2 for the freezer until you are ready to make a big crock pot of ham and beans to serve with cornbread!
