Ingredients:
- 1 can small green peas
- 1 can shoe peg white corn
- 1 can French style green beans
- 1 cup celery (diced)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. pepper
- Large pepper (diced)
- Large onion (diced)
- 1 jar chopped pimentos or 11 jar olives (diced)
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions:
Drain all vegetables and mix in large bowl. Combine sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, and water and bring to a boil, then let it cool. Pour over vegetable mixture and then refrigerate overnight. Will keep 2 weeks or more in refrigerator.
