Thanks for posting this picture! It reminds me of my Grandpa, he always had a barn full of things like that! He died last spring, so pictures like this bring back nice memories! :) Thanks!
Just a note. I have one wheel very similar to these. I found an old chain and I've used the chain to hang this in my kitchen, found some hooks online and I use it to hang my pots and pans.
