- 1 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- 3 Tbsp. strawberry or raspberry jello
Combine sugar, cornstarch, and water in saucepan. Cook until thick and clear. Add jello and stir until dissolved. Use as a filling in pies or as a topping for cream cakes. May be doubled as needed. Yummy!
