Frozen Banana Orange Push-ups
- 2 bananas
- 1 6 (oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
Peel and slice bananas in a blender or the work bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and process until foamy. Pour evenly into 6 small paper cups and freeze.
To eat squeeze bottom of cup.

Sounds like a great idea for my grand daughter. She is a picky eater but loves bananas.
