Ingredients
- 2 handfuls corn chips
- 1 c. chili, heated
- 1 T. diced onion
- 1/4-1/2 tomato, diced
- 2 T. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 T. sour cream
Directions
Serves one person. Layer corn chips, heated chili, onion, tomato, cheddar cheese and sour cream.
This was served in the corn chip bag at the 1982 World's Fair. Makes a quick lunch or fast supper. Or can be made in the corn chip bag for a party snack.
