Materials:
- Dried Lavender
- chamomile tea bag
Instructions:
Start by taking your herbal chamomile tea bags and cutting off the top so you can place your lavender in. Using a teaspoon add 1 spoonful of lavender grains into the top of the teabag along with the chamomile tea and give it a little mix with the spoon. (Be careful not to tear the tea bag).
If your tea bag has a label on a string, cut it off and use some cardboard to create your own tea label.
Close off the top of the Tea bag by tying a small amount of ribbon around the top and pulling tight.
To use: Place 1 Tea Bag into hot water when you are running a bath.
