Milk Chocolate Bourbon Balls
- 1 (12-oz.) package vanilla wafer cookies, finely crushed (about 3 cups crumbs)
- 5 Tbsp. bourbon or brandy
- 1 (11 1/2-oz.) package milk chocolate chips
- 1 (14-oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- finely chopped nuts
In medium bowl, combine cookie crumbs and bourbon. In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips. Remove from heat; add sweetened condensed milk. Gradually add crumb mixture; mix well. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes or chill. Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in nuts. Store tightly covered.
