My dog brought in fleas and now there are these little white things jumping on everything. What are they?

Maybe they are aphids?
Most likely they are baby fleas. Vacuum a lot with a fresh bag, throw bag away right away. Put a light on the floor at night with a bowl of water in front of it and they will flock to the light and drown. You'll be surprised how many are in there in the morning!
