Egg Dip

I like this for both fruit and vegetable trays.

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1 tub Philadelphia cream cheese

Directions:

Heat eggs, sugar, and vinegar to scrambled egg consistency. Mix in the tub of Philly and refrigerate. Serve with fruit and/or vegetable trays.

You say *Heat eggs? So that means they aren't completely cooked ? How can this be safe? Can you explain more, please?

<b>Editor's Note:</b> To scramble eggs is to cook the beaten egg mixture at a med low temperature, stirring regularly to desired consistency. How long you want to cook the egg mixture, is a matter of taste.
