Zesty Cream Cheese Rice

It's easy and it's so good!


  • 3 - 8 oz. packages of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 1/2 cups of cooked white rice
  • 1 can of whole kernel corn
  • Ad
  • 3 or 4 jalapenos


De-seed and finely dice Jalapenos. Set aside. Cook rice and set aside. On medium heat, melt cream cheese and milk in a sauce pan. Add drained corn, rice, and jalapenos. Mix well and pour in casserole dish. Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Time:20 Minutes Preparation Time
25-30 Minutes Cooking Time

Thanks to all the holiday grocery sales and coupons, I have everything I need right on hand to try this out! I NEVER have cream cheese on hand, but this year it was free so I stocked up! Thanks for the inspiration!
