12 Days of Christmas Piper Costume

I agree with Omanana, a bagpiper wears a kilt, knee socks, white shirt, tam with a feather and the pipes of course. You could always use a cardboard cut out of a bagpipe instead of the real thing if u can't get a real bagpipe.

The piper is a bag piper, so a kilt would work.
