This goes very fast. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly beat flour, milk, vanilla and eggs together; batter should be lumpy. Melt butter or margarine in a 10"-12" casserole (in oven) until very hot. Pour batter into casserole.
Bake 15 to 20 min. until puffy and golden. Sprinkle with nutmeg and/or confectioners (powdered) sugar, if desired. Serve immediately. 2 servings. (Recipe can be cut in 1/2 for 1 serving.)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix water and flour with wire whisk in large saucepan.. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to full boil. Add dry gelatin mix, fruit and 2 Tbsp. of the sugar; mix well. Pour into 8 inch square baking dish. Mix baking mix, remaining 2 Tbsp. sugar, cereal and milk in large bowl. Drop 8 heaping spoonfuls onto hot fruit mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown. Let cool 20 minutes. Serve warm with whipped topping.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. In large bowl, cream together sugar, and butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat well. Add in mashed bananas and vanilla until well combined. Gradually add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix just until combined. Fold in chocolate chips and (nuts if desired) drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes or light golden.

Cream butter, sugar, and honey. Add egg and beat until smooth. Add remaining ingredients including any desired optional ones. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F for 7 to 9 minutes or until set and light brown. Let stand on sheet a few minutes before removing to rack to cool. Makes 3 to 4 dozen.

(This recipe uses the 1/3 of the Southwest Meatloaf that was reserved in the last recipe)
In pot over medium heat combine meatloaf, beans, tomato sauce, salsa and chili powder. Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through, 12-15 minutes. If desired, garnish with sour cream and cilantro and serve with cornbread or maybe biscuits.

Combine corn, cornmeal, butter, buttermilk, onion, eggs, and baking soda. Grease a 9 inch square baking dish. Pour half the batter into the dish. Sprinkle with half the cheese and then all the peppers. Cover peppers with remaining cheese, then the remaining batter. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F. Cool about 15 minutes and cut into squares.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine barbecue sauce, chili pepper and cumin. In large bowl combine 1/2 cup barbecue sauce mixture with beef, bread crumbs, 1/2 cup cheese, chilies, eggs, scallions, cilantro and salt.
In roasting pan shape into loaf. Spread with remaining barbecue sauce mixture. Bake 1 hour.. Sprinkle meatloaf with remaining cheese. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and meatloaf is no longer pink inside. Wrap and refrigerate 1/3 of meatloaf. Serve remaining meatloaf sprinkled with cilantro.

Cake:
Beat all ingredients together and pour into an ungreased 9x13 pan or baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes.
Frosting:
Boil butter, sugar, and milk together for about 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat and add nuts and coconut. Spread on cake while both are still warm.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Pour batter into greased 9x13 inch pan. Pour milk and water into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes and granulated sugar. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Pour over cake batter in dish. Place baking dish on baking sheet to catch drippings, as mixture does bubble. Bake 55 minutes to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 20 minutes. (Mixture will thicken slightly as ti cools.) Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Spoon onto serving dishes. Serve warm; garnish with raspberries, if desired. Very pretty and yummy!

My Favorite Peanut Butter Cookies
This recipe was given to me about 40 years ago by the mother of an original Mouseketeer named Lynn Ready. It has remained my favorite Peanut Butter Cookie recipe. From the desk of Jonni Ready.

Mix ingredients, Sift salt, flour, soda together last. Mix WELL
Roll into balls the size of walnut, mash down with fork dipped in cold water or dry fork in flour.
Bake in 350 degrees F oven 12-15 minutes.
Enjoy warm with a cold glass of milk.

Creamy Ham and Noodle Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large pot, cook noodles according to package directions until almost tender, adding broccoli during last 3 minutes of cooking time; drain. Stir in sauce, ham, 1/2 cup cheese, milk and pepper; transfer to 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake until browned and bubbly, 30 minutes.
