I am looking for a pattern to make a pool spray from PVC pipe. Any suggestions?

I am guessing that you want to make a fountain effect in your pool. I would not advise using your pump output as you might burn out your pump due to extra pressure. However, a fountain pump, available at hardware stores, is a feasible idea, so long as you can "hide your mechanics".

It's a matter of mounting the fountain pump on a floating square of pvc (even an underwater mounting works!) with the fountain nozzle mounted in the center of the "raft" and pointed to the sky. just remember that you need the source of water to the pump to be constant and electrical connections to the pump need to be watertight and hopefully unnoticeable.
