Ingredients
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. cider vinegar
- 1 (16-ounce) low-sodium ham steak
Directions
Combine apricot preserves, mustard, and vinegar. Grill ham steak over high heat, brushing occasionally with the sauce until browned on both sides, about 8 to 10 minutes.
