Coconut Macaroon Pie
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs (slightly beaten)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup soft butter
- 1 1/2 cups coconut
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk
Mix all ingredients using 1 cup of the coconut. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle 1/2 cup coconut on top. Bake at 325 degrees F for 60 minutes or until lightly browned.
