Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup margarine
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup peanut butter
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1/2 cup (scant) cocoa
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 1 1/2 cups flour

Filling Ingredients

• 3/4 cup peanut butter
• 3/4 cup powdered sugar

Directions

Mix together in order given, then make a patty with chocolate dough. Place a teaspoon of filling in middle and bring edges over to completely cover it. Flatten each cookie with a glass. Bake at 375 degrees F for 7-9 minutes.
