Sausage Balls |

Ingredients
- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 2 cup Bisquick
- 1 lb. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Mix by hand. Form into small balls. Put on cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees F until done, 20-25 minutes. Makes 50-55. Freezes very well.

I've had these - they're YUMMY! But the recipe I was given called for some onion powder, too.
Of course, they are greasy; I usually put them on a paper towel lined bowl or something like that for serving - they make wonderful appetizers that go very quickly.

what do you do with them? how do you serve them? wouldn't they be greasy with the cheese and sausage which both have a high fat content? thanks brenda- bdwswswt AT yahoo.com
