Crunchy Slaw |

Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage, thinly shredded or 1 package cole slaw mix
- 8 Tbsp. green onion, sliced
- 2-3 oz. Ramen noodles, broken up
- 2 lbs. sunflower kernels
Dressing:
- 2 cups Canola Oil
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Pepper
- 3/4 cup rice vinegar
Directions
Mix cabbage and onions together in a large bowl. Just before serving, add sunflower kernels and Ramen noodles. Add dressing and toss to coat.

Substituting about 1 teaspoon or more of sesame oil for the canola really gives it an Asian flavor. Same with sprinkling with sesame seeds afterwards.
