Peppermint Ice Cream
- 4 1/2 cups peppermint candy
- 12 oz. marshmallows
- 1 qt. milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 cups half and half
- 1 cup whipping cream
In a saucepan, melt candy and marshmallows with 1 qt. milk. Remove from heat and add evaporated milk, half and half, and whipping cream. Mix and pour into freezer-safe bowl. Add enough milk to make 1 1/2 gallons of ice cream. Place in freeze.
