Creamy Chicken And Cheddar Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts ,cut into strips
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 soup can of milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Minute Rice,uncooked
  • 2 cups chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Spray non stick skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Add soup and milk. Bring to boil. Stir in rice and broccoli. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until rice is tender. Add in 1/2 cup of cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
