Oven Does Not Light on GE Xl44 Gas Range

I have a GE XL44 gas range. The stove is working fine, but the oven will not come on. We tried to light the pilot, but it still did not come on? Has anyone had a similar situation and how did you fix it?

It might be the HSI
hot surface ignitor
