Saute onion and garlic in margarine in 12 inch skillet for 3 minutes. Add ground beef, mushrooms, flour, salt, paprika, and pepper. Cook until ground beef is brown, stirring frequently. Add soup. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring often. Stir in sour cream just before serving. Serve over cooked noodles. 6 servings.
