Pork and Bean Salad
This salad is great at fish frys. We cannot eat seafood without this.
- 1 large can of Pork and Beans
- 2 boiled eggs (chopped)
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped sweet pickles
- 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- small amount of mayo or Miracle Whip
Drain beans. Add eggs, pickles, pimento. Add mayo to consistency you desire. Easy to alter if you like more pickles or more eggs.
