- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 lb. crackers
Mix all ingredients together. Let stand 15 minutes. Shape into patties and fry in hot skillet until golden brown.
