2 Step Pork Chops

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 can (10 3/4 0z) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

Heat oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned.

Add soup and water. Heat to a boil. Then reduce heat to low and continue to cook 10 minutes or so or until done.

Boneless pork loin roast (sliced) can also be used in this recipe.
