What can I make with leftover ambrosia fruit salad? I have a large margarine tub full of it that has been lounging in my freezer and I'm getting tired of it taking up space. My husband doesn't like it and it's too much to eat by myself, so I need some ideas for something that both of us might like.

I would make some loaf bread with it or put it in baked chicken or other meats, good luck.

Could it be used to make a dump cake. Put the fruit in the bottom of a 9 X 13 casserole. Sprinkle a dry cake mix over it. Melt 1/4 lb. of butter and drizzle over cake mix. Bake in 350 degree oven until nicely browned.

My old standby is Jello. Anything with fruit or cheese will go into Jello.

It might possibly go well combined with Cottage Cheese in the Jello. I have mixed cottage cheese in jello with peaches, pineapple, and pears at different times and my family liked it all.

How about putting it in the blendar and making a smoothie.
Add a couple shots of rum and invite a few girlfriends over.
