I'm looking for a recipe for sweet butter like they serve at Ryan's and Golden Coral resturants on the buffett. I love this butter and if anyone can share it with me please do.

Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs (slightly beaten)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup white or dark corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter

Directions

Mix together. Put in 9 inch crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes; then 30 minutes at 400 degrees or until done.

No Roll Pie Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. milk

Directions

Blend ingredients in pie pan and press into shape. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.

Cool Cukes

Ingredients

  • 1 lg. Cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp. sweetener
  • 3 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine cuke slices and onion slices; set aside. In a small bowl, combine rest of ingredients. Add dressing to cucumber and onion; toss well. Cover and refrigerate for up to two hours. Serves 4

Chicken Salad Ham Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced or ground
  • 6 black olives, diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 Tbsp. minced fresh green pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 8 slices boiled ham
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • Lettuce Leaves

Directions

Combine all ingredients except ham and lettuce. Spread mixture on ham slices and roll each one up, insert toothpick and place them seam side down on a bed of lettuce leaves.

Serves 4

Grams (of carbs) per serving 1.7

Fake Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 egg or egg beaters
  • 1/2 cup cooked spaghetti squash
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

Beat egg, add spices, then squash

Pour into heated no stick skillet and cook till brown on bottom and flip and brown other side.

Makes 2

Top with allfruit or sugar free maple syrup

Also a good one to add is bean sprouts when adding all ingredients

German Chocolate Pie

German Chocolate Pie I

Just blend and bake. This makes it's own crust.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (13 oz) can evaporated milk
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. German chocolate (melted)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/3 cup flake coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:

Place milk, chocolate, butter, eggs and sugar in electric blender container.. Blend at medium speed for 15 seconds. Pour into a 9 inch pie pan and sprinkle with coconut and pecans. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Store in refrigerator.

German Chocolate Pie II

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. German sweet chocolate
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 unbaked deep-dish pie shell
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut
  • 1 cup pecans (chopped)

Directions

In a saucepan, combine chocolate and butter. Melt over low heat. Remove from the heat and blend in milk; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar,cornstarch and salt. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Blend in melted chocolate; pour into pie shell. Combine coconut and pecans; sprinkle on top of pie. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
