Ranch Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
  • 1 (16oz) can black beans
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz) envelope of taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (1 oz) envelope of ranch dressing mix

Directions

Fry meat till done and drain off excess oil. (I like to rinse with hot water). Add remaining ingredients to beef in pan. Cover and simmer on low for 1 hour.

Serve on soft flour tortillas with a bit of sour cream and grated cheddar.

Fantastic yummy new twist to regular already yummy dinner!
